I had a wonderful experience with Farmers Home Furniture in Leeds, Alabama They got back to me in a mannerly time and offer multiple ways to work with-in your budget. Misty is great store manager as long as a couple of her team members including, Carissa and Debra. Highly recommend this furniture store if you’re looking for second chances; Plus great quality furniture and great prices!

Love the mattress we purchased but definitely wish customer service was better. Our mattress was supposed to be in Wednesday and when I didn't hear anything I called and was told driver called in sick. I totally understand but shouldn't you have called me? Next day no call and woman I talked to said I would get a call around 10 am. We'll at 5: 55 I called and she went and checked and yes it was in but they were now closed. Gee thanks for that info. I'm just over horrible customer service. I just want to be kept updated. Even in text would have been nice.

Friendly staff for the most part. However, customer service and communication is awful. Not to mention the false promises that never get fulfilled! I purchased furniture two years ago that was discounted due to damages and was promised to receive repairs using the warranty that was included in my contract. Repairman showed up one time to my residence and took pictures of the damaged equipment, promising that replacement parts would be delivered to the store and that representatives would repair it. Never heard from or saw them again. I kept calling Farmers and I was told that parts were either on back order or had not arrived yet. I kept calling and my furniture is still not repaired. I got behind on my payments a little after then and a rep told me once I made two payments to get caught up, someone would contact me to schedule a day to repair my stuff. Well, the same credit manager I spoke with gave me a different story than the one she gave me last month. After automatically taking an additional unauthorized payment, I called and she told me that someone let her know I had one more payment to make before I was caught up and a repairman can be sent out. Mind you, no one told me about this at all until I called today concerning an unauthorized debit. There is a lot of confusion and lack of proper communication between the employees and customers. One day something is said and the next day it changes. I would not recommend purchasing anything here. And no, I am not emailing a customer service division!

I'm give 3 stars because they are very nice and sweet but have very poor customer service they did me like this when I first became a customer over 2 years ago. They tell u one thing when the merchandise suppose to come in then they switch it. I purchased a washer and dryer from them this time. They told me one day, then called and said another day now they act like they told me differently and it will be another week. That's not right at all. They will tell u that they gonna call u back and they don't. I have never missed a payment when I first became their customer. But hey at least they are very nice people. Just false promises

I live in Moody just 5 miles away from the store. I financed a bedroom set which is a rip-off deal by itself. The delivery was scheduled 2 weeks from that day on Saturday at 9 am and I should recieve a phone call to confirm the delivery. I waited until 11:30am nobody called or showed up. So I called the store and they said it will be there 4-5 PM. I waited until 6:30pm then the truck just showed up with the furniture all over the back of the truck missing the box spring. I refused to receive it as it's.
Monday I will go back to the store and cancel the deal. I honestly don't recommend this store or the company, they lack professional communication skills after the sale.

My name is Ronald Hunter I purchased furniture from the Leeds store in Leeds aka I been having bad experiences with the manager and one of the workers the manager is rude don’t know how to talk professional she gets upset and tries to overtalk u when she’s in the wrong she mid calculated my balance on my payoff date one other time I went to pay them with cash they turn around and took money from my card the same day I advise no one to shop at that store the manager need to be replaced!!!!
