I recently used Fallen Movers for an unloading a 15 foot truck and I was incredibly impressed with their service. From the initial contact with the company to unloading the truck as this entire process experience was seamless.

The moving team arrived on time and treated my belongings with the utmost care. They were efficient, working quickly yet carefully to load and unload the truck. I appreciated their attention to detail - they took the find a solution to difficult problems with a couch which would not fit through the doorway.Their expertise and determination this problem was resolved .

What I found most impressive was the company's focus on customer service. The team was friendly and courteous throughout the move, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. If I needed any special requests, they accommodated me without hesitation.

Compared to other moving companies I had researched, Fallen Movers offered very competitive pricing. I felt I received excellent value for the service provided. There were no hidden fees or surprises on the final invoice.

Great experience with Fallen Movers. I requested an unload of a 12 foot truck packed to the brim. Neil and Mike showed up and got right to work, unloading the whole truck in about an hour and a half less than it took me to pack it. They were super professional and extremely cautious when moving in my items. I would recommend Fallen movers to anyone looking for great and speedy service in the Chicagoland area.

Five stars is not high enough — a constellation of stars for the Fallen Movers crew! We had a last minute move (large three-bedroom condo) and Mike Fallen was gracious enough to fit us into his schedule. Mike and his excellent crew carefully wrapped our furniture, and used their tetris-like skills to use our rented moving truck to full advantage.

Our condominium management is very particular about care and consideration for the building, and everyone was impressed with Fallen Movers — our furniture and the building both emerged without a scratch!
