Great storage, owned by a local family and not a major corporation. They are great. The only reason I left was that I'd finished my attic so no longer needed storage, I had researched extensively calling over 50 places before settling on them. They do not play games like most other spots where you move in and they then change the price on you. I cannot recommend them more.

Great experience. I rented a 10x20 ground unit with exterior access. Process couldn’t have been easier. Staff is responsive and friendly and actually on-site, unlike the large chains. Cost was competitive. I’d much rather give my money to a small, locally run business like this.

For the whole two months their elevator only works Monday to Friday and the piano and heavy boxes were to be carried all downstairs through the small corridors and upstairs . No customer service available and voice messages ignored and no mercy or discount so moved to Public storage where everything there is super professional and provides good service . Very disappointed of their customer service and attitude
