Love this company! The only business in the entirety of Fairbanks that has ever actually called me back when I first called in to check prices. Which are great, AND the customer service is top-notch. Do you know how rare that is here? Anyway I ran out of water last night, called at 10am and had a delivery by 3. I'll never order water anywhere else. Thanks Fairbanks Water Co 🙂

The person who answered the phone was wonderful and assured me they could deliver same day. He was right - someone came by within HOURS. My only regret is waiting this long to call. 1000% recommend.

I have been using these guys for over a year now and I absolutely love them. They come out to my house same day when I call them and always super friendly. They're absolutely wonderful at filling my dog's pool all summer long and letting me know if they feel the is something that needs to be looked at. Highly recommended.

I only write reviews when I feel compelled to... and these guys compelled me to do so, because they're amazing.

First off, they ALWAYS deliver day-of request or for emergencies, or the day after. It's wild, because Water Wagon will take a damn week to get you water.

Second, they work with all my neighbors to put us on the same schedule, and then deliver for all of us at once! It's awesome!!

THIRD (and this is a big one), their customer service is ON POINT. They will do anything and EVERYTHING for their customers. Trust me, you're missing out if you don't switch to them.

We have been working with them for 3 years. It is rare to find a business that truly cares about their constituents, and this business is probably within my Top 3 for that. I will never do business with any other water company ever again if it's not these guys.
