Pleasantly surprised! I was skeptical about the food being flavorful but it actually was. It wasn’t as flavorful as home cooked meals but for sure more than frozen meals. All the recipes I tried were tasty. I actually love their Gouda Cauliflower “grits”. It’s so good I’m going to make it myself. My first box was $98 for 20 meals which was a steal. However, if I would have continued my subscription I would have been paying $207 per box of 18 meals. $800+ per month on meals is insane and that doesn’t cover breakfast and/or snacks. My box was packaged beautifully and I have no complaints with that. I did run into an issue, which customer service promptly answered the phone and refunded a portion of my money back to my card. WARNING: the food is insanely high in Saturated fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol. If you are ok with this and the price, I say go for it.

The food is okay but support is terrible. App wont actually change the meals you deselect and won’t add the meals you do change. If you don’t notice the glitch they don’t send you the right box.

They will not refund you, have video to prove it.

I was shocked.

I plated the turkey entree after 12 minutes in the oven at 350°F. That's how I like to warm up my Factor meals.

Right before the first bite, I looked down and saw a familiar dish I have had hundreds of times. I was wrong. Then the conversation at the table stopped. All I could think of was what I was eating.

My brain was trying to identify the spices in the cranberry sauce. The shaved and roasted sprouts were unbelievably balanced and packed with fresh flavor. On the second fork, you start to taste the nutty parmesan. The tasty celery-root mash was fluffy. The turkey was juicy and tasted like it was just sliced. The peppery stock gravy had umami and when I made my fork grab a little bit of all these things at once, I got sucker-punched with an avalanche of flavor that was mind-blowing. I instantly realized this was easily the best version of a dish I have never had in my entire life. Order this dish. It's that good.

I was skeptical since other prepackaged delivery food has been unsat, but Factor is doing it right.
It's easy to sign up. Every week, they provide a variety of selections from which to choose, and every week I get foods that are full of flavor!
It saves me from ordering garbage fast food, it saves me having to buy and cook a bunch of food for one that I seldom finish.
The Factor serving sizes are perfect.
Only complaint I've ever had is too many dishes have green beans, and I have to skip all those since that's not a veggie I eat - otherwise it's all good.

Meals were very good tasting and healthy. After being Unable to use as many meals as often as they were coming; change deliveries and number of meals to fewer, and farther between; for decent price - canceled subscription.
2.5 months after canceling subscription, I was sent a Factor 75 advertisement. After reviewing it, I find that my credit card has been billed for another delivery (which I did Not request or give consent). I called Factor 75. Spoke with Maya in Resolution Dept. She refused to stop delivery and to cancel charge to credit card. Her words - "Did you click on link or log into account?" I said I had. She said "If person clicks link or logs in to account - states agreement to renew subscription." I told her - I did not give permission or consent.
She said -"Clicking link gives company consent."
WARNING to all of you about this company. I have filed dispute with credit card company. Filed complaints with Atty General office and BBB.

First off not a bad product, probably not everything is great or good for you but works in a pinch. My bad experience was that I was going to be out of town, switched the address 4 days before delivery, verified 2 days prior on the app and still the meals were delivered to exactly where I was NOT going to be.
NO NOTICE of a cutoffs date on the app. Called and all they said was “sorry but your cutoff to change th delivery address had passed” They didn’t want to reimburse me so I’m out $75 and nowhere did it say about a cutoff date for address changes warning or not accepted for next delivery as it does for picking meals so BEWARE!

If you want to make a dollar it's okay. Too cold unless you're on the grill. Africans working think they are in charge but are not. People hide while you try to be a good worker. No recognition for effort.Temp agencies have the place in their grips and you must work 700 plus hours to become permanent. Fast paced and most leads and supervised are pretty laid back. One supervisor screams and talks shit all night. She is the only one of hundreds. Do your job and go home. Not so bad though

Super convenient and delicious meals. It is shocking how healthy and nutritious these meals are, when they taste so good. I’ve tried roughly 30 different Factor meals and while
all of them were very good, several were SO tasty that I had to check the label twice to remind myself how healthy they are.
