Love this place. Pat was very helpful when I was renting a storage unit her assistant helped me look at different units till I found the right one that would help me out. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone that wants to rent a storage unit. Staff is very friendly everytime I visit there

Great service from Pat the manager and Joey her assistant. They made the whole visit easy and pleasant from the beginning to the end. And I worked in storage for over 2 years, so I know how hard it can be. Thank you both!

If you are looking for a storage unit, go no further. Everything was clean and allowed access until 10 pm. Most importantly their customer service is stellar and their rates are the best on the Peninsula.. If you give them advance notice prior to the next billing they will prorate you rent for that month. When Kirk saw me coming in he got up and greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and allowed the movers to start moving in while I was signing the lease, so no time was wasted. He made sure I had plenty of carts and took excellent care to show me everything. It was a pleasure doing business with him and would definitely recommend checking out Extra Storage Space for anyone that needs that extra space. In a country whee good customer service is almost non-existent , everything about this experience was great!!!!!

All of the people, the four that I’ve met, have been extremely kind and helpful. Super happy with their low prices. The units are clean as well as easily accessible and there are always carts on hand to aid in moving heavy or large amounts of items. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Needs to be Modernized. Older Facility. Power went out on me the moment I pushed the elevator button, thankfully I was not on it or I would have been stuck for hours!
