As of now I’m a give a 3 star rating because I just started there as a team driver with my brother and I have to wait for my first check, but the loads, the dispatch team, and equipment have been good so far no complaints. If our pay adds up then I’ll be returning on here leaving another review and potentially bringing them a lot more good drivers. Our dispatcher Tony has been top notch in getting us loads. The pay on them called be a little better but not horrible. We gonna see where it goes, but so far so good.

I don’t give them one star I’m not saying they are thieves what I will say is the rates they give for loads are not even close to the load board they give you a rate con that’s not from the broker it’s homemade with the company logo on it and when you try to get another load you know the rate from the beginning they will tell you no every single time dispatch is horrible they don’t respond to any of your calls or text messages until next day dispatch will tell you oh I didn’t see that or I was to busy to answer your phone call let that sink in too busy to answer the phone or text hm I don’t think they want me as a driver if you turn a load down they offer you get ready to sit until the next day they offer one load per day to you as a lease operator your truck will have issues as well I drove the truck for four weeks and water pump broke on me when I took the truck to the local Travel Center of America to get repaired they will pay the bill and take all the money back out of your settlement four weeks and a water pump later you will be in the negative making matters worse no one wanted to help with the repair now we know as drivers four weeks of driving a water pump will not need to be replaced when I was relaying this to them I was told it’s your expense your operating the truck so they will use you to fix their broken semi trucks your not given the proper opportunity to make money your just considered a glorified money maker for Extra Mile Inc Every week something extra will be taken out of your settlement you’ll never make money with them I took the truck back to them it wasn’t worth my time for anyone I mean anyone I wouldn’t wish Extra Mile Inc on my worse enemy I say this to you don’t run away NEVER COME IN THE DIRECTION OF EXTRA MILE INC YOU’LL WASTE YOUR TIME TAKE IT FROM ME GO SOMEWHERE YOU WILL BE RESPECTED AND APPRECIATED ITS NOT HERE AT EXTRA MILE INC THE SADDEST THING ABOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS MY TRUCK NOTE WEEKLY WAS $250 FOR THREE YEARS AT $45000 DOLLARS I DIDN’T MAKE MORE THAN A $1000 DOLLARS EXCEPT ONCE AT EXTRA MILE INC.

I must say yes I’m giving this company 3 stars but not because their a bad company, if anything it’s the exact opposite, I actually truly enjoyed my time with them and even when I was leaving they tried to get me to stay definitely parted on good and professional terms I’d even go back to them, I loved my 2025 cascadia wish I was still in it. But the issue is also with the truck and communication issues with staff, from week one the truck has very bad fuel consumption issues making it to where i was only getting 4 mpg which was causing me to stay at the fuel pump after about two of months of this I was so behind in fuel charges there was no way for me to catch back up almost 3k in the hole for fuel attempted multiple times to take truck to dealer to have whatever the issue was fixed but was denied going but I was continuing to loss money and only getting checks for $300 to even $110 dollars a week! Spoke with accounting etc to see if they could take less of my rear fuel build up out per settlement went to willing to work with me even though the truck being messed up wasn’t my fault but no go, The day I showed up to quit I spoke to George in the mechanic shop the lead guy and he let me know. He was not aware of any of this that was going on and he wish he did know because it would’ve been fixed immediately, but the damage was already, so there was no coming back. I would definitely give this company another chance because they’re very good people very polite. They have consistent loads and they treat you with absolute respect so I would definitely give them another chance if they were willing to forgive my Fuel build up from Truck that was messed up from the day that I got it, thanks again for the opportunity to be a part of your family for the duration that I was there and feel free to reach out to me if you ever want a good solid driver to buy one of your trucks thanks

I'm going to keep it simple. You.
Will not make money here. You will constantly be in debt. I'm a 22-year vet driver, take it from me you will waste your time. All the bad reviews are not lies. I can run 3500 with my eyes closed and I never made more than a thousand a week.. I have receipts for everything I'm saying(text ,emails, etc.). DRIVERS, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

These are thieves, you will never have money for all the fees each week, they make you drive illegally with other users, I was in the hospital for an emergency operation on my stomach and they picked up truck 3110 and stole an iPad, a tablet, AirPods and other personal things, go to other companies, I have already done a lease to purchase in another company and not with the theft like this of up to 20% dispatch fee, crazy crazy, Serbians and Russians the worst

I've been employed with Extra Miles for a little over 6 months. Great company. Maintenance is Consistent. New Trucks My Dispatcher is the best to work with. For me just a Great Company overall with individuals who care about the drivers. I just wish I would have started with them a long time ago. I know everyone's experience is different but I have no Complaints.

First I want to say that I've been a lease owner operator here since February of last year... Extra Mile is a very professional trucking company I've ever worked at... Shot out to Miles... by far you are the best Dispatcher there... This company treats you like family.. the pay is excellent, I'm able to live a really good life from this.. Equipment is well maintained and are responsible priced (for lease operators). If you're looking for really good miles this is place for you.. I never sit and wait on loads... The Dispatcher team will always have something for you at a great rate per mile... they even preplan loads for you...
