Pretty sure all the recent “good reviews” are fake since they recently failed a major NJ library system this year that was all over the news and trying to save face. They never had any reviews prior to the news outbreak.

Dreadful. They were supposed to provide better interlibrary package delivery than our previous vendor. Instead, they have made a colossal mess in one month, inconveniencing every library - and every library patron - in the state of New Jersey. And now they've given notice that they want out of the contract in 120 days. Guess they bit off waaaaaay more than they could chew.

Awful, awful service. After taking over book deliveries for the BCClS in New Jersey they completely paralysed the system and after messing it up now want to opt out of the contract. What were the clowns, who awarded this La based firm the contract, thinking?
