Excellent service. The couriers and the Office staff are truly responsive and helpful at every turn. So glad we started using them for our weekly pickups! Service started with them as a solution during the Covid safety measures, but we should have done this long ago.

As a logistics manager in MN we have customers that require special PU scenarios and Excel went above and beyond! From the beginning quote request to the final BOL Excel was great with communication. They were asked to pick up a trash compactor, bring it back to their facility to be palletized to move LTL back to MN. The packaged arrived in excellent condition.
