Awesome customer service here. They have tape, pens, markers, chill and freeze stickers and they have a system for sending things to where they need to go. Reliable and fun.

Passenger flights are great when they are on time. Planes are well maintained and will get you there fast. Unfortunately they have been short on pilots and don't fly as frequently as others. My experience with cargo is limited, but has been positive.

They pay the people that work on there planes less than subway pays there workers to make sandwiches. When I brought this to Vickie’s attention she had me sign a letter of resignation.

About a month ago I had shipped a snow machine and a box under the same bill and paid $1416.00 for the freight to be shipped from Anchorage to Unalakleet and then from Unalakleet to Koyuk. However, I still have not received either my snow machine or the box. I was told to ship a snow machine it would take 7 to 10 business days. On the 11th business day I called Evert Air Cargo in Anchorage to inquire as to why my freight had not shipped yet. And I asked if they can put my freight on the next available flight. I was told no u only paid for standard shipping. And a few days later I called Everts Air Cargo in Anchorage to ask if my freight was shipped yet. I was told my snow machine was shipped to Unalakleet but the box was still in Anchorage. I asked why it was not shipped with the snow machine since it was under the same bill. I was told there was no room on the plane. I would NOT recommend that people in the rural communities use Evert Air Cargo.

Great service for sending good deeds such as fresh food to remote villages. Nice ladies at cargo desk also hard working cargo guys!
