NEVER... I travelled around 35 countries and it's the first time, we had a check-in like that. The men at the check-in desk 32, flight number IB3425. The guy was at the phone and have several conversations, with his friends/family in really bad words with them. As client I don't need to listen this kind of conversations. No guest service, even a "Good Afternoon". I guess a deep internal control is needed.

Extremely rude and totally inefficient. The girl on the easyJet desk for the Paris to Manchester flight 7th June 2024 5pm was smirking and laughing at us (10+ customers) for missing our flight due to security being understaffed. “Not my problem” through a smile. Disgusting

Weird Asian officer trying to insult my parents (Asian as well) because they don't speak English- didn't get explained on why they had the right to see our passports before check-in and customs. Had to go to the airport more than 2 hours in advance for Vueling airlines which does not allow online check-in for non-EU customers. Waited in line for 45 minutes. A very bad experience.

I had an interview with them! It’s my failure that I don’t speak French fluently but they were gentle enough to understand my situation and praised me to do more as well!! Love that.

Manque de gestion et d’humanité pour les situations particulières , et parfois stressantes pour les passagers. Elles nous dirigent à chaque fois vers les chefs de cabine des compagnies aériennes car « elles ne savent pas »,on est dans l’air de la communication quand même . Donc que font elles? De plus en utilisant toute la politesse et le sourire on ne reçoit pas un bonjour, pas un sourire. Elles sont clairement là pour leur chèque à la fin du mois, c’est dommage, laissez la place à d’autre

Attention à tous les passagers qui passent par eux, gardez un œil sur vos passeports ou ils pourraient être vite détériorés, puisque le passeport de mon conjoint à été déchiré hier par l'une des agentes d'escale par manque de professionnalisme, annulant ainsi tout notre voyage aux Etats-Unis. Une procédure judiciaire est en cours.

Un service qui donne envie de garder sa valise sur soi en permanence.
Une attente interminable, sur trois agents un seul semblait savoir quoi faire.
Je viens de vérifier le statut de mon dossier, le nom de famille ne correspond pas à celui donné à l'agent, de même que le modèle et la couleur de la valise.
Il va falloir refaire une formation Michel parce que là ça va pas du tout.
