I am extremely disappointed with this company and its poor communication throughout my entire experience. I was initially given an incorrect delivery date of 12/10. When no one called to confirm, I reached out to customer service via chat on 12/12, only to be told I needed to wait 24-48 hours for a callback. That evening, I received a text to schedule my delivery online, but the website had an error, making it impossible to do so.
I called again on 12/13 and was told their system incorrectly marked my item as ready for delivery, even though it wasn’t. They promised someone from the warehouse would call me that day to schedule delivery for the following week. I waited again—no call.
Instead, someone unexpectedly showed up at 5:00 PM with my item. While I was relieved to finally receive it, the box was damaged, and when I opened it, the TV screen had a massive gash as if something had penetrated it. This wasn’t a small scratch but a significant, unacceptable flaw.
This company’s communication is absolutely horrendous, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.
