Absolute worst property manager I have ever dealt with. The lady in the office is rude and has zero ability to treat you like a professional. We have now had to pay out of pocket to fix things that should not be so. Call Arvana Property or another place as they know how to run a business park. We rent three other properties and all of them are a pleasure. We will he out of here the day our lease is up. I met the the previous property manager and it's a shame that are not still here.

Got "yelled" at by the property manager when trying to call for info about available spaces at "enterprise buisness park." called over 7 times over 3 days, left voice messages, emails, contacted through loopnet. Not a single response from the property manager. First contact from property manager, I was asked to "SLOW DOWN" and was called "RUDE" after leaving a voice message stating all the different ways I've tried to come into contact with the "property managers"...apparently she was in chruch..I'm a current real estate investor in the area & I deal with "MULTIPLE" property managers, realators, contractors, ect. Never have had one show the unprofessionalism in their manner so quickly like I have here at enterprisebuisness park's new "management team"....after reading all of the reviews here, I am not surprised that this is how my first interaction with the "new" property managers went..

Used to be a great place to rent for a business owner. Now with the new property managers, this place has gone downhill. They are nothing but penny pinching crooks. I WISH I could give 0 star but unfortunately google does not offer this. If you are looking to rent here, dont. You will get robbed and probably have to shut down your business. STAY AWAY from these lying theives.

Park has undergone a nice makeover! All buildings repainted, units are being upgraded with nice flooring in offices and bathroom, lighting upgrades to LED in units. Low market rates. Always open Monday-Friday from 8-5!

The worth management .very rude all the time.thats why I moved was there six year before katareen took over .she been rude from day one.and I still stayed 3more years
But know with COVID 19.i fell behind like everyone else.bit she treats people like there under her.i pay your bills but no longer.
