We are so grateful to Encore Moving & their wonderful staff that made our move from Minneapolis, Mn to Harvey, LA a very enjoyable one. They were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in all our communications. The staff in the loading and delivery were incredible. They worked well as a team in seeing that our belongs were protected for the journey. They thoroughly explained all the terms of contract. They took measures to protect our floors and walls. They were incredibly quick at what they were doing and they arrived promptly on time and had notified Us along the way on what to expect. It was an absolute pleasure to work with team and made our move much less stressful than we had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free and successful move with a wonderful staff to guide you.

Super professional, conscientious, skillful movers who did a spectacular job orchestrating our rather complex and at times challenging circumstances figuring how to tetris things around corners, tight spots, down stairs etc. They were wonderful communicators, solved problems intelligently, were very thoughtful about maintaining condition of homes and property, were courteous and affable, a great joy to interface with at all times! The company were very forthright and transparent at all stages of planning and execution, kept us in the loop and apprised of timetables throughout. Estimates were realistic and reliable and they accomplished a cross country move swiftly without hitches which was appreciated enormously. Encore moving and storage turned what began as a nightmare into a very pleasant move. Was stressed about this move but they were able to walk me through the process and guide me every step of the way. They had such a great attitude towards the job. When delivery day came the pleased everything in the designated room and were very careful to protect my floors and walls on a newly painted home. Very pleased.

I had almost a 1000 mile move and Encore was a great company who delivered with care. They provided ample heads up the day before and day of so I was prepared for their arrival. Very hardworking crew that completed packing everything for me efficiently and were so kind to work with. My only feedback for the company is that it would be nice if they could provide some type of protective wear for their shoes to keep my home clean since they are constantly coming in and out. Overall, very satisfied!

Encore Moving & Storage LLC will break all of your furniture and lose your personal belongings. I recently relocated from Chicago to South Carolina. Upon pick up and drop off, I was required to pay more than I contracted for - approximately $2,000 more. Further, the movers could not care less about throwing and tossing my belongings around. They smashed my moving boxes before they were even in the truck.

Then, to make matters worse, when my furniture finally arrived about a week later, 5 pieces of furniture were broken/damaged. Notably, my brand new dresser had a leg snapped in half and was caving in; 2 bedside tables were cracked in half; my stainless steel garbage was dented; my clothing rack was missing the hanging bar (defeating the entire purpose of the rack); and a storage container was cracked in half, rendering it unusable. Despite hundreds of dollars in broken/damaged furniture, I was offered a measly $130 settlement. I cannot stress enough that I would NEVER recommend this moving company to anyone - even if you are just moving down the street. They are shady movers who have no disregard for people's hard earned money or their treasured valuables. I could have (and should) packed a U-Haul by myself as my belongings would have been better off that way.

Encore Moving and Storage did an excellent job with our out of state move. They were very professional with everything, from an accurate estimate, to answering questions, to confirming details. On both our move out and move in days, the crews took very good care of our furniture, belongings, and house. They were very careful not to bump into doors , scratch walls, and even protected our floors. Overall Just top notch!! Crew did a GREAT JOB! Highly recommend!!!
