They charged me 150$ for two days late , no one didnot told me it will have storage before shipment . Also they charged me 160$ service fees but they charged in source too. A 58kg box come around 1400$ but they offered 700$ in first step i. Dubai

those guys from the office of «mercury» still make you wear a muzzle when these restrictions are lifted everywhere. they force the customer to sign, which takes a lot of time, and they themselves go to dinner. here you will spend a lot of your time before you receive your cargo.

Horrible Customer Service Representatives at this location. They speak to you as if you are in the wrong for calling them with basic terminal fee and storage inquiries. A computer system could easily replace the rude and incompetent people at this location.

Be prepared to wait for hours. This place needs to hire new workers the workers here are to worried about everything going on except for the work they have in front of them. Slow service and trust me when I say slow. Garbage place stay away or look for other airlines to transport cargo if possible.
