Doctors typically make me VERY nervous, especially new ones. I went into the office with my typical nervous energy, but as soon as Doctor Bigby and I started talking I felt my guard coming down. Her energy is so peaceful and understanding. I just knew I would be judged for the not so great choices I had been making, but doctor Bigby was very understanding. The questions she asked felt genuine and not as if she was going down a check list. I know it’s such a small thing but I’m use to doctors staring at their clipboard while we talk, this was totally different. She even looked me in the eye like I was a person to her, not just another patient. I feel so comfortable with her as my doctor and I’m so thankful I found Doctor Bigby!

I normally don’t write reviews, but this one I think deserves one, when I moved to Charlotte in 2019, I was looking for a primary, and I was lucky enough to find the best primary doctor i.e. Dr. Emily OST Bigby, out here in Charlotte, she is sweet, listens to your problems in details, goes through each and every problems of yours in details and helps you physically and mentally! Dr. Bigby is very patient, and understanding, makes sure that you feel good and get the best treatment, one thing I have to say she is very patient and very calm, I am definitely very lucky to have a great primary doctor here in Charlotte, would definitely recommend her to everyone.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Dr. Emily makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and is so extremely supportive and knowledgeable about all things health related! She’s by far my favorite Doctor that I’ve ever had!
