Highly recommend this place, as I am currently sitting in the room after being seen very promptly after arriving on a Sunday. The nurse I had was so polite and caring and the doctor I spoke with was also genuinely concerned, very polite and made me feel very comfortable with the process. They were quick to do my lab work and I was treated with kindness and respect- something difficult to find these days from hospitals who see so many patients daily. This place didn't treat me like a number, they listened, explained, respected my decisions, and treated my issue with urgency. 5 out of 5 stars.

A couple months ago, we took our daughter to Honor Health (previously Florence Anthem Hospital). This was the worst decision made!! Our daughter was in extreme pain. We left after over an hour wait and went to Dignity Health (Hunt Hwy & Gary). She was seen shortly after check in and the staff was quite sympathetic and helpful!! Sine then, we've bypassed Honor Health and went to Dignity once again. Same wonderful service!!

I’d been a patient there 3 years earlier and remembered their great service and kind demeanor. So when I had an injury I chose them, a no brainer. From the moment I walked in, it was quick, thorough with a great feeling of relief. I never felt rushed or overlooked. They were professional but personal too. I trusted them and their findings. My left shoulder was fractured and painful. Dr Agarwal and staff Merna, Kristina, Susan and Kerra acted with care and professionalism at the same time. Crossing my fingers that I don’t need trauma care again, I’d go to this facility w/o hesitation. Above and beyond with great care! Deana

This place is great. They are fast, very nice, helpful and know what they are doing. I will always take my family here. The doctors are actually knowledgeable and if you are lucky enough to get nurse Heather, she is so nice.

Dr Rowan, was super sweet and super welcoming. We weren’t waiting ages for answers, or results. And another Dr who was asked to come speak to us, very playful and brought great smiles! Definitely recommended!

After suffering with intense pain for two days I decided to try this stand alone emergency department. I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out! My nurse was so sweet and compassionate, as well as the CT technician. I always felt like a priority regardless of how many other patients that were there. Dr. Fenn was nothing short of amazing! He was very thorough with my care. After my diagnosis of kidney stones he checked on me multiple times up until I was discharged. Top notch facility!

Arrived on Friday evening with pain suspecting kidney stone. No waiting and got me right back and Deb the nurse listened to description and the team got on it right away. Blood draw, meds and CT all right away. Matthew the APP was very friendly and informative and all worked quickly to diagnose and prescribe and get us on our way. Highly recommend, and will return , as need arises with confidence in their care. Thank you!

I could NOT recommend this place enough!!! Even this review will not do it justice. To Matt, Heather, Marcus, Morgan, and I hate that I forget our X-ray tech's name but I think maybe Kristina? Thank you for treating us like family! I had to take my 1.5 year old in for what appeared to be a leg injury that we couldn't identify.. with my toddler in tow. Any parent knows that's already a disaster waiting to happen. But nope! They have a super cute, comfortable kids room, with the Disney channel on. They got us right in, with every single person smiling and talking with my overly chatty toddler, and my baby - who is in his stranger danger phase - well even he liked the nurses and doctors! They were competent in finding the source of his pain, they kindly acknowledged finances being tight while discussing what follow up we should do, they were quick, careful, and extremely knowledgeable. Matt even went out and further discussed with another doctor and came back with updated thoughts on the matter. When I tell you this is not my usual experience with emergency rooms (which I've had to visit too often), or doctors in general, I'm saying they really went above and beyond. I especially appreciated them validating my concerns and listening, while also reassuring me that these things happen. It's anyone's worst day when they have to head to the ER, but by the time I left, I quite honestly didn't want to. On our way out, again, every single person smiled and waved goodbye to us. My toddler was so delighted at all her new "friends," and my baby was waving goodbye. Knock on wood, we don't need any more emergency assistance, but if we do - I'm so grateful to have a safe place to head to!
