I've been working for this company for a little while now, my money is always there and on time and haven't had any problems. That should tell you something about the whole team there.Their pay is above average, 65 cents per mile when everyone else is paying 60 cents or lower. If you're not a lazy driver you can make decent money here! Remember, your pay reflects what kind of driver you are! I've read some of the negative comments and well, if your not making a decent paycheck you're not managing your time correctly. And if you're not doing that and delivering late then you disappoint the whole chain from planner all the way to payroll ! And that's when they lose trust in a driver and now they have to do damage control with the broker and the customer! So if they tell you the market is bad you must have done something wrong! They want you to make money because you're making the company money and that's how it works! If you learn the 8-2,2-8, 7-3, 3-7 splits you can manage your time better and even make more money. These rules are to help you and you don't even have to figure it out, the electronic logs do it for you! People who leave bad reviews and hide behind nicknames, letters, punctuation marks and numerals or not have their real name being posted is shady don't you think? So with all that said I'd recommend driving for them, they have good equipment to work out of and they have the work. The rest is up to you!

I am a freight broker in Minnesota with Justman Logistics 175096. I have been working with Nick and the guys at this company for a bit now and the do a great job with communication and service. They have hauled over 20 loads for me now and will continue to get work from us. If you are a freight broker do not be afraid to work with these guys. In a world where it is hard to trust new carriers this is not one to worry about!!

Worst company in chicago. Their dispatchers are horrible with no experience.
No communication as well as no respect. You have hours to get a load. They don't pay layover when you don't get a load and they steal your money. Be aware of this company
people , save all conversations and chat text messages make screenshots or otherwise, you will not get payments and also deposit when u left the company.

Lots of details are conveniently left out of the onboarding process. If you choose the 30% from gross option, what they don’t tell you is if the truck doesn’t make 5000 you’re not getting paid at all. What a scam!
