Elite Ops, Spanish Fork UT has been a lifesaver to me. In 2012, I began working as ops manager for a small US company that used Elite Ops for shipping needs. The online portal was simple and easy to use and oh so helpful. In the years since, I've worked with 3 global companies - all chose Elite Ops and it's employees to take care of our US storage and shipping/receiving needs. (Why change when you have the best!?!) My experience has been 100% awesome and if Google allowed 10 stars, I would click all 10! Kol is awesome and keeps me up to date with what's owed and when and is so patient and kind. He's knowledgeable about so many things and is a huge help to us. Lindsay is our current account manager (our, meaning for the two companies that I currently work for that use Elite Ops) and she is quick to recognize problems, address them, and let me know what's up and what's needed. If I have a problem with an order and send her a freaked out email, she responds quickly and assures me she has things in hand and is working to provide resolution. She's amazing, knowledgeable and great to work with. We had a previous account manager (Corey) that served us for many years and when he left, I felt lost and unsure how best to proceed and was concerned as to whether our next account manager would understand the special needs of our product and shipping. I had no need to worry. Several people stepped in to manage and advise and I was just overwhelmed by the care and assistance that was provided us. Several people come to mind immediately - Sarah, Cole, Clay. Then, Lindsay took over our accounts and I couldn't ask for better management. I highly recommend Elite Ops, Spanish Fork! The warehouse is clean and well managed. They are able to plug into all sorts of apps and stores to make selling and shipping easy and fast. Their pricing is clear and reasonable. I've found them to be reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and major awesome to work with!
