Storage was what expected staff good. Told person in office when I was leaving, called Storage pro and told person when I was leaving, told it was taken care of. Received notice of overdue charges and bill for next month, after I left before end of month. Was told that the day I left I had to tell them again. After calling and speaking to several people believe it was fixed.

This place used to be great. Now new people have taken over and the guy in the office is rude and so is the guy in the background. I took my rv out because of this. One bill I got was large they said oh sorry we didn’t bill for taxes and backdated months and charged all

I spent a lot of money there and to the two guys in the office when a new card was issued and it didn’t go through I called to update it and the guy in the background was holllering and making rude comments. Very unprofessional I was not happy. I also had my plates stolen and the camera didn’t even point on my vehicle so paying all
