Beware of Firefly Express LLC, Egreen Transport & Heisang Weing Chan – Extremely Dishonest & Unreliable!

If you are considering doing business with Firefly Express LLC or their affiliated company Egreen Transport, we strongly urge you to think twice. Our experience with them has been an absolute nightmare, and we want to warn others before they fall victim to their unethical practices.

Our initial point of contact was Kevin Xu, who coordinated the job with us. We were hired to install security cameras at their location by their owner, Heisang Weing Chan. Once they approved the job, they rushed us to complete the work on their strict timeline and demanded that we accommodate their custom needs—which we did, despite the challenges.

However, from the very beginning, there were major red flags:

They bounced the deposit check, which should have been a clear warning sign.
Despite completing the job in April 2024, they never paid us for our work.
Every time we followed up, they gave us excuses, runarounds, and false promises.
They claimed that they were not bonded and assured us that once they got bonded, they would release the payment—but that was just another lie. They never got bonded, and they never paid us.
They have been completely dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical in their dealings.

As if that wasn’t enough, the lack of communication and accountability within their company made things even worse. After Kevin left the company, we were passed to Cynthia. She also left, and then we spoke with Xander.

At first, Xander told us we had passed the inspection, but later, he backtracked and said it was probably a miscommunication because the inspection had not actually been passed, and we needed to wait for it. We continued following up, but he kept saying that we needed to wait and that he wasn’t sure about the inspection date.

We are now pursuing all legal options to recover the money they owe us, and we will not rest until justice is served. If you are considering working with Firefly Express LLC, Egreen Transport, or Heisang Weing Chan, we strongly advise you to avoid them altogether.

This company has no regard for professionalism, integrity, or fair business practices. Do not trust them!
