Easily walkable location from our lodging. Not far from Chase Park, in case you want to picnic.

From the moment you walk in to Edelweiss, you can tell this place knows its stuff. There were three customers there they called by name and one got big hugs. They greeted us with a smile as they served other customers. All while being quite busy. So nice!

At the sandwich counter, the folks working there were fun, cheerful and patient as we tried to choose from all the yummy offerings. And those sandwiches!!! Fabulous ingredients, local & fresh.

We highly recommend and will be back. Oh, and the entrance is gorgeous!!

Breakfast Sandwich with bacon and cheddar cheese : $6.50. I like how they use two eggs. Great location and nice on the inside. The sandwich was yummy and a good size. 4/5 overall can’t go wrong.

Something for everyone! Lots of delicious options for humans and treats for dogs (and cats too). Highly recommend! Had the s'mores bar, woah! So dense, and absolutely amazing. They had cute dog treats right by the checkout, our pups appreciated the treat during our road trip!

There weren’t spots to eat inside really but we didn’t care. The sandwiches were insanely good, service was super friendly and the prices were reasonable. They have a cute shop with nice local food and drinks. I still think about the turkey sandwich…

Excellent deli with awesome sandwiches near the mountain. My girlfriends family has been coming here for decades and the place is always great for food or groceries. Staff is super nice and the store itself is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this place.

We Loved Edelweiss! Great service and a fair assortment to choose from. You can get dishes to go or eat right there on the patio. The food was all good. We had pastries and some baked goods for while we were on the recreation bike path. You would like most anything you purchase here.

The cool little deli on your way up to the mountain or back from. lots of local foods, German beers and wines, great desserts, and interesting finds. I highly recommend stopping in on your way through grab a bite, some maple syrup and get going.
