A couple years ago these guys were really helpful and super knowledgeable, for whatever reason my last couple of employment specialists thought it was acceptable to make an appointment time then not inform me that it had been canceled or they couldn't make that time due to something coming up on their end. It's happened three times now with two different employment specialists in the last year. A simple email letting me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled would have solved a lot of issues or one after the fact apologizing for ghosting me, would have been appreciated. At very least they should have found someone else in the office with the time and capability assist me. As it stands, it's hard for me to believe that they can keep an appointment time.
