Way too much equipment in the way of docks. No sense on trying to drop early with all docks filled with trailers, We supposed to have at least two for drops but that day the trailer I need it was hooked to a tractor.

The delivery personnel arrived 4 hours early and were very professional. I was asked what room I wanted the boxes and they quickly dropped them off there. Very efficient and pleasant experience. They even wore masks and gloves to keep keep us both safe.

This company is related to the infamous Lonestar Relocation services. So I’m just here to warn you to stay away from them. They love to steal and con you out of being able to make claims on your property. Stay away if you value your items.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A BRANCH OF LONESTAR RELOCATION SERVICES! That company has now closed business due to all the bad reviews and poor business they received because of it.

I stop by every now and then to remind you people of the evils that they will do to you. They took over $10k worth of shoes from me. Clearly an organized and planned thing. I am an avid collector and they specifically took every thing of value from me. I’m pretty sure it’s a racket and not just a random occurrence. DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM! They also hire the most shady employees imaginable! Those guys planned to rob me from the moment they picked up my stuff. I was young and naive to think they wouldn’t do that to a military member.

Also, the story gets worst! Since the robbery was so extensive I tried everything to get my money back but they will simply deny your claim. No matter how many documents and proof you have they DO NOT CARE! They will make up an excuse to deny you your rights!

Not only that but like I touched on earlier they hire the most shady and cut throat employees imaginable! I called to try and talk to someone almost everyday. I was respectful never yelled or said rude things to them. One day I called, which was my last and a woman on the phone said “please hold” I guess she thought she muted the phone. Someone in the background asked “who is that?” And she replied “it’s that “n-word” again.” Then she hung up the phone shortly after! So not only are they untrustworthy, they do not care about their military costumers, and are openly racist when they think no one is looking.

RACIST AND THIEVING COMPANY. These are the same people that worked there and the tactics and shadiness have not changed. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I will never get my items back or the monetary value but I will never stop telling of what they’ve did to me!

RUN FAR AWAY! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY! THEY PREY ON THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY WILL NOT HOLD THEIR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE.

I AM BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE BEWARE! I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!

I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO COME IN AND TALK TO SOMEONE AND WAS MET WITH THREATS OF BODILY HARM! Reports were filed and everything! They are not above thievery and intimidation! BUT I can not stand by while they make others a victim!

Moved out of San Antonio, EDC was hired to pack and load our things onto a truck. The packers were late and couldn't be bothered to let me know what time they would arrive. I'm pretty sure they stole a few things too. The two that arrived the following day to load up were nice enough though, even though I still didn't know what time they were supposed to arrive. No one could be bothered to let me know a time.

They were the worst movers we have ever used. Many items broken, even those we paid extra to have crates!!!The manager James McDowell lied to me about the process of the move and and lied about the claim. He kept telling us lies all along the process. When we appealed to the head office they refused to talk to us and sent us back to James. We have several high value items that were never fixed, even though he conned is into paying for extra insurance. Terrible company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My wife ordered a dresser for our daughter‘s nursery she was born this Saturday EDC had contacted us last week to deliver it this Thursday . They arrive shortly after 9 AM when I open the door I was greeted by a big smiling face come to find out his name is George.
George introduced himself let me know that her dresser had arrived and they would be bringing inside he saw my two-year-old son and asked if the liver room with the best spot for it.
I told him that is OK I will be taking it apart and moving it upstairs for my New born daughters room. We signed a few documents and he was about to be on his way when he turned around and said he would rather help me Get the dresser upstairs that way I wouldn’t have to take it apart I did not know that it was already put together which was great 👍🏻 Not only did he help me go upstairs with the dresser which weighs over 150 pounds. He also went over and beyond by showing me exactly how to cut the box open that way I can assemble the legs to the drawer before pulling it out! I wanted to share my gratitude for this because it went along way with a newborn it can be very hard to get enough time to put some like this together thank you again George, Juan and EDC moving!
