Called on a Sunday , call was picked promptly and quickly received a quote. Being in a bit of a bind forgot luggage at hotel in New Jersey and was half way to Virginia with my 92 year old mom.

Was assured by text that my luggage was picked up , then same day luggage was delivered in Virginia with a text on arrival and a sweet text when driver left.

The courtesy and delivery was top notch.

Of course it was expensive, however my moms health and my peace of mind was well worth it !

The best service around, they can accommodate tight timing delivery requests and actually save your money when you ship 20 boxes 300lb shipment compare to FedEx.

Should be called first class courier. Very responsive, friendly and helpful service from everyone from sales (Will) to dispatch ( Sharon) to the driver (Michael). Everyone did everything to make the shipping experience work. On time performance. Good pricing.
