My husband and I would recommend this place to everyone we know. We were able to get 2 units side by side and they are clean and very secure. The property was clean and easy to pull our trailer in and out. Both Mike's were very professional and kind.

From Erol ,So far so good .. Mike is very friendly, Remembered my name the next day. Which meant a lot because most people don't Pay that close attention...10×10 unit was clean. What more can I really say. I've only been there a few days and I feel at home. Just hot after twelve o'clock noon 106. Today...lol
Because my unit is facing west.. But I come back around 5 o'clock.
And use the rest of the day.. Make sure i'm out before seven o'clock when they close.. Wish they were open alittle later. 9 or 10 pm Would be nice but I understand it's not really a big deal. I'm always sweeping up after myself. Everybody waves when driving passed.. Mind you im settling in. I'm not gonna be there every day for hours it's just to start. But yes I know a guy who was renting a unit there And he recommended it to me. Now, instead of traveling 10 miles to get to my storage. I only have to travel 2 miles.. Another cool thing that I witnessed yesterday was a Mini armadillo street sweeper machine.
That they clean the whole facility.
The operator was very nice. We Waved to each other.😂 Big difference compared to the other facility I was at for 5 years.. They gave me a hard time for being there for a 1/2 hour Even wrote me up a letter I just started laughing.. So yeah when i'm doing stuff outside I like to be quick Probably because I always felt like I was walking on egg shells but not with this place. But yeah, Mike, if you ever need help with anything.
I'm very handy
And I have your back. You would just need to ask. In a few months I'll update this review It's an easy five stars

Carrie is exceptional at her job running the storage facility at Fort Apache. She is professional, attentive, creative and personal with each client. I've been in the office while she has been helping others and I was impressed at how she makes each client feel heard. Because of her, I stayed at Fort Apache to downsize my unit instead of moving elsewhere. She handled an issue with an oil spill from my neighbors unit into mine somewhat damaging my couch painlessly and professionally. The grounds are clean and tidy. She recently held a food truck event for the community. It was well done and a very creative idea to reach out for new patrons.

Carrie is an asset to Arizona Storage and I feel very comfortable knowing my unit is being watched over by her.

Great place to rent a storage. The staff was awesome they took the time to drive me around and show me different size unit’s so I could find the perfect fit for what I needed. They let me use there moving truck for basically free. They are above and beyond any customer service you will receive anywhere else. The prices were great and the security top notch. I highly recommend this place.

I got married in December of 2020. My wife and I had to combine our respective households. I was looking for a place to store things we wouldn't be using. She recommended Arizona Storage. I was not impressed with the manager at that time. Since renting my unit there has been a new manager and her name is Karrie. My wife and I appreciate the way she has cleaned up the property. In November she had a food truck festival and did a great job organizing it. Thank you Karrie for all you do

This place "fits the bill". We needed a storage unit that was close and financially reasonable. And one time I didn't lock my unit properly. They called me personally to let me know, and then did a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. Very impressive service. I'm glad to highly recommend AZ Storage Inns.
