I needed a temporary storage solution while moving. Signing up was an easy process online, with clear descriptions of the sizes of units available and transparent easy to understand terms and costs. I was emailed instructions on how to gain near immediate access to the unit. These were also clear and easy to understand. On site, the buildings are clearly labeled, and I found my (indoor) unit within a few minutes. The size of the unit ended up perfect for the things I needed to store. Valentin found us while we were putting things away, and he was super friendly, double checked to make sure we had a lock on hand (we didn't, he was happy to provide one for a small charge), and even brought us water. Now, just under a month later, all terminating the lease agreement took was a quick email. All in all, I highly recommend Eagle Eye storage and will likely use them again should I ever have need.

I liked the storage center as a whole but to be noted, they will not prorate for early termination of unit. Meaning if you terminate 8 days after your new month starts; you will still pay for the entire month, regardless if you notify them of termination. If I was to do it all again, I would utilize the storage for the entire time of usage otherwise you’re throwing away money. I really think that’s a portion of the contract they should really evaluate and take into consideration since military people move at different times of the month and their can be scheduling constraints.

Aside from that I have a good experience with the company and their facilities. The front desk person has been very nice as well as attentive. The units are good sizes too.

This is a great place to store. Good quality units that are temperature protected and protected from elements. With decent access hours. The staff are great and willing to help, such as Fonov. I loved how friendly and helpful he was and how every time I'd pop by, even if it had been months, he was still there.

I had a storage unit at Eagle Eye Storage for approx 2 years. It was fully a pleasant experience. The facility is always clean and well kept. Areas are well lit. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help out any way they can.

Eagle Eye Storage in Eagle River is the perfect place to store your extras! It is very well maintained, clean facility. I liked the ability to use their enclosed truck to move items. Even on move out Vit and his team were very accommadting with our moving company. 100% recommended them.

You get what you pay for, and I mean that in the best way. This facility is the best and most well kept storage site that I have ever used. The security is great, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff is super friendly. You can tell they take pride in their operation unlike most run-down unmanned storage units. I intended on only using this for a month but I think I will keep it longer just because of how well it has been working out.

10/2024 Update: 5-Star Customer Service again! The 2nd unit was too small. Valentin showed me two larger units as options. It made a difference seeing the units instead of only discussing dimensions and locations. I am grateful for the time he took to walk me to see the other units and helping reset the contract. Additionally, the use of the box van has been a real bonus! Highly recommend Eagle Eye Storage once again. Thanks Valentin!

9/2024 Update: Rented 2nd unit and Valentin again provided excellent customer service! Moving and storage supplies on hand for sale, water/coffee/snacks for customers much appreciated! Also, personal preference, but I REALLY appreciate soap in bathroom is liquid, not the new foam crap that is everywhere now. And they offer use of their box van!

3/2024: Valentin was very easy and friendly to work with. Clean storage facility inside and out.

Had a great rental experience at the Eagle River Alaska Eagle Eye Storage. The manager Fonov Valentin was really nice and helpful with the move out! Would definitely recommend.
