We were welcomed by a very professional office manager who described the spaces available for the content I needed to store. She showed me the spaces. We returned to office signed paperwork, sold me a lock as well as insurance. (Time saver) It was a pleasant experience.

This place will rob you blind! There was an issue with my bank and one of the payments to my storage unit was canceled! After I cleared things up with my bank the money was returned to them, but instead of paying $380 they tacked on so many late fees that my payment came out to $600! While the bank was clearing up that mistake, they wouldn't let me make the current payment because they don't accept partial payment. So even though the bank cleared up the mistake they didn't remove the original late fees but they added new late fees for the current month! So now I have to pay $800 which I cannot afford they put a lien on my storage and they're going to auction off all of my things they don't work with you! They're a bunch of Thieves!

Avoid if you want your stuff dry and not stolen.

I understand accidents happen, but this company has inconvenienced us, lied to us, and been absolutely awful to work with regarding insurance.

First we had to move our entire unit to a different unit because the roof was leaking. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience (we were up late the night before a cross-country move, with my toddler children up past bedtime screaming in my car for hours because I couldn't get a sitter.) Was told they couldn't comp anything without an insurance claim. Fine, I'm understanding, we moved on. Then a week or two after we left the state, we were told that our units latch was damaged from someone running into it with equipment. There was nothing we could do from out of state. When we returned, the latch had obviously been cut and our unit was destroyed and all our valuables stolen. Again, not their fault but anyone could tell the latch was cut and they never disclosed that so we could file a police report. They also apparently have no video surveillance of indoor storage areas. Of course, even if they do, how would I know to ask them to review it since they didn't report an obvious break-in to me? Finally, we have been waiting on our insurance check for the stolen items to be mailed for months now. This experience has been a disaster, and I'll never get my sentimental guitar back. I wish I had never heard of this place.
