When you have an appointment and you show up 3 minutes before they could aggressively tell you to get out of the yard. This man didn't even let me tell him I had an appointment. Honestly I'm disgusted with that place. Such a nasty person met me there and ruined my day. For what? For showing up and trying to tell them I had a damn appointment. They take money, they don't do it for free. But they allow themselves to treat you like trash! I've been all over the states and I've never seen more disrespectful people than here. I was the first one in (with an appointment) and there were 3 other trucks coming after me and they loaded them first. I was the last one to leave.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff. The way they speak to people is beyond rude — no respect, no patience, just pure arrogance. It’s like they think they’re doing you a favor by simply doing their job. I’ve been to many places, but the attitude here is on another level — in the worst possible way. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy. If you value being treated like a human being, stay far away from this place. Disgusting experience.

Dynamic Solutions is phenomenal. I called on incredibly short notice and Paul said whenever worked for me, worked for him. We got the freight in there and he reworked it in under an hour. He even used the same color pallets that my customer shipped the freight on! Dynamics pricing is incredibly fair, they do great work, and will be the only cross dock our company uses in Salt Lake.

Contact between staff and driver's could use improvement. Appt times need to be addressed as no early appt, and when trying to get my paperwork done and moving out of the way, office staff came out to tell me to move from driveway, this place has limited space and had she not come out, I would've had to go back to loading docks to address the issue. My paperwork wasn't signed and that needed to be addressed. Service was very fast, in and out in 30 minutes just don't come early, there is no place to stage.

They don’t let drivers in to watch reloading and the whole job how it goes, they don’t said that when you call them, also they don’t follow instructions Ive told me and take out 2 extra pallets to charge more which wasn’t need to!!!
Also they have horrible in and out!!!!!!
