Scammers. I’ve had to file on their bond and reach out to their customer for a short pay. They stated we did not turn in paperwork within a 24 hour time frame. We have sent them screenshots that it was in fact, email to them per the requirements of the rate con. And they still are refusing even with proof and deducted $200. Unfortunately, in this economy, $200 is a lot of money.

I already done so many deliveries to this place so many times every time I came nice people do their job on time almost it take me 30 min . Today was Robert Castilian see the first time shouting and move little bit okay going to remove choke on my wheel and ask if I was deaf a lot profanity words all I saying. We do our job to deliver thing on time but there’s no place for any profanity in work place I don’t know him and he don’t know me . Please handle situations accordingly .Thank you!!!

12 hours of waiting to Unload my flatbed truck here in Kirksville MO site . Mrs Smith (Site Manager) refuses to give her phone number so my dispatcher could contact her.
There was NO appointment on all my information.
The place is very poor managed .
From 7am - to 7pm to unload a small load of solar energy hardware is nothing but unacceptable and disrespectful!

Been standing here 30 minutes and no one has shown up to check me in. Employees are passing by me like I'm a ghost. I asked for the check in guy and got attitude, I'll never pick up here again. Not worth it

If you're trying to make a delivery early. Dock in door 31,32,33 before they start receiving deliveries at 8am cause it gets crazy after they open and you'll be waiting in line for awhile. Receiving door for drivers is in the middle of the building by large green dumpster and propane tanks.
