Good ppl but pay is a lie; came in to be a lease operator. If you want to make $100k+ as lease operator look elsewhere. I was making $800 - $1k per wk after taxes…… But good ppl. If I were to get a load on Friday it was alway delivered on Monday and no sooner. Ex. Get load Friday @ 12 deliver Monday and no sooner. No weekend dispatching. Even if I get to destination early, ex. Sunday, still have to wait. I have responsibilities back home n 45-55k a year is minimum wage for being away from family. Not worth….

. They kept my escrow because of 1 missing fuel receipt (which I pay) and a maintenance report.
Fuel discount is a joke. Had to get my own fuel card.
Dispatchers are in Europe (I was told) so there's a disconnect.
I left because there is a level of stress I've never encountered in 15 yrs as an o/o.
