If we could give a 6 star review we would! Hands down Jesus is our hero!! He went over and above what we expected and the only one who would come out and help us. He showed up promptly even though we were out of town 38 miles. We couldn’t get the spare tire off the frame because the nut was cross threaded so he gave it a try with his high impact wrench and didn’t work either. He quickly changed our blown tire with a new one he brought and recommend we replace the others. He said he would follow us to a tire shop in Coachella so we can get all new ones and even told us it would be cheaper than him putting the extra one on he brought. He also called ahead to make sure they had our specific tires, which they did and review on them to follow. He followed us all the way back which was unheard of in any road service company we’ve ever dealt with. He was so personable, friendly and very reasonable If you ever need tires that come to you with a friendly smile he is your guy.

Given the circumstance of being stranded in a store parking lot with a flat tire, I was grateful for the speed at which Jesus was able to respond. He had replaced my tire and had me back on the road much faster than I had expected. Jesus also evaluated the conditions of the other tires and recommended immediate replacement. He followed up to make sure I got home safely and has offered some other recommendations. He definitely has gone above and beyond any expectation of service. Highly recommended.

I’ve called Drive2U Tire and Repair four or five times now for tire issues on my trucks, and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond. This last time, Jesus had the truck up and running within 5 minutes of arriving—seriously fast and efficient. Their pricing is always fair, and Jesus is just a super down-to-earth, awesome guy. Hands down the best roadside service experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The guy was not only super friendly but also took the time to explain what was going on with my tire. He even followed up with a call afterward to make sure everything was still good. A++ Absolutely recommend!!!
I live in San Diego and was working in Indio. I picked up a drywall screw in my tire and got a flat. I called Tesla and they could not see me for two days, and I had another job in Anaheim the next day and couldn’t wait, so I did a Google search and found Drive2U Tires and Repair Mobile and contacted Jesus. He came out to where I was working and quickly got me fixed up. Not only that, he was able to share information with me about the car that I, as a new owner didn’t know.
Jesus is friendly, courteous and fair. I was in desperation to get my tire fixed, and he didn’t take advantage of that. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure all was well, and I appreciated that.

I had a nail in my tire and was struggling to find help as most places are closed on Sundays and were unwilling to patch it. Then I found Jesus, and I am so grateful I did! He responded quickly, was incredibly accommodating, and genuinely concerned for my safety. He is very knowledgeable and fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was secure before I got back on the road and made sure I arrived at my destination safely. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and caring. Highly recommend his roadside service!

Thanks Jesus for your prompt service! I had Drive2U help get me back on the road when my tire blew out in the middle of the night near Palm Springs. I didn’t feel comfortable repairing the tire myself so I googled Drive2U and was impressed by the number of good reviews. I was not disappointed. If you’re in a similar situation, call these guys.
