I recently had an appointment with Dr. Spencer Moore for a routine checkup. I had a great experience from start to finish. The tech quickly brought me back to take photos of my eyes before I saw Dr. Moore. Shortly after, Dr. Moore came in and went over the pictures and ran a few more tests.. She walked me through the results and made sure I understood everything being covered. I wish all my medical appointments were handled this way. She was great!

I have been going to Dr. Moore for 3-4 years now. They take great care of my eyes and find contact lenses' that work for me!! I need readers but also drive a lot (distance vision) and this can be tricky with contact lenses - appreciate all the time and care they give to figure it out for me! I also order my contact lenses from them - I found their contact lens pieces pretty similar to Costco - but Dr. Moore's office has delivered quicker The office is great - super convenient and clean!! It is uptown but they validate parking so it is totally worth it. They also do checks/tests on your eyes 👀 so they can notice if anything's changes as you get older! They are very helpful

I have been a patient of Dr Moore and his daughter (Dr Moore) for several years now. I have experienced the most professional, sincere and detailed care at their office. Everyone from the staff to all of the medical professionals are amazing and patient minded. I hope you will consider making a visit. I have gotten all of my glasses from them as well. You cannot beat the quality of the glasses and the service. I hope you will consider scheduling your appointment soon.

The Dr was very helpful and professional. I didn’t felt rush and my main concern regarding my vision was address for the first time! The Dr performed an eye muscle test and recommended me certain type of glasses to help me correct my vision. Total game changer! I recommend this practice and the doctors. They had available within the month and their frame selection and prices are very good, they are stylish and good price.

I have been a patient with Dr. Moore's office for years and have always had a great experience. From the admin staff, to the nursing and doctoral staff, I have always been treated very well and everyone really shows care in what they are doing. Dr. Moore is very thorough and has a passion for figuring out eye issues and I am thankful for it. I would recommend this office to anyone who is willing to see an eye doctor in Uptown Charlotte.

I am new to the practice, but had a medical eye emergency and I was promptly scheduled for an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were extremely courteous. Zachary assisted me immediately when I stepped into the office, scheduled my appointment. When I came back for my appointment he rendered phenomenal service from start to finish. He is amazing. The assistance who took me back, and performed my eye test was great as well. I can’t say enough about my eye doctor she was awesome, listened to my concerns, provided me with coupon to assist with the cost of my very expensive eyedrops, and I was extremely grateful, and even wrote down my instructions for drop placement. Great practice.
