As far as delivering to this location goes for a semi truck driver. Getting here can be a real hassle if you aren't familiar with the area. I am not familiar, so I don't have any tips for you. Yes use the entrance under the overpass. Receiving is dock 2&3 on the front. They have dock doors open to help you and take your bolts.
I'd say I hope I never have to come back here, but my company has a contract for bringing products they supply. ?
The dock workers are very friendly by the way. Come in with a positive mood like you don't hate your job. They will most likely show you the same courtesy. My next visit will probably be easier to navigate
Just one star ? off for location.

Very unreliable and rude. Delivered a bathroom vanity upside down twice!! The box was clearly marked this side up. The first vanity was returned, cracked in several places. The replacement was cracked also
They cancelled my delivery without notice, saying they didn't have approval for a 3 man team, then came a week later after approval with only 2 men, refusing to deliver it upstairs like I paid extra for. The manager was rude to my contractor saying it's not his problem. It was left in my garage with no further word from them. Horrible service!!! Don't use this company!!

very poorly managed warehouse. They off load one truck, another comes in they start on it, then go to a 3rd, then back to the first, etc, etc. Delivered 51 light pieces and took them 3+hrs.

They are unwilling to make a delivery to my address, even though I have paid for delivery through them and they do service my zip code. Now I am stuck with being charged a delivery fee - and being responsible to rent a truck to pick up my own order. They are unwilling to do anything to help me in this situation - they declined to refund the delivery fee. And reaching them on the phone is a full time job. I hope you don't have to use them as a delivery provider. If you do, I hope you're prepared to make it your full time job to help them do their job.

Leaving one star simply because I couldn't leave zero. I ended up canceling a $2k IKEA order because of how difficult it was to get in contact with someone at Downstream. Terrible customer service. You'd think IKEA would know better than to do business with a company that has such a horrid reputation. Incredibly disappointing.

Truck Drivers- Enter from under the overpass. Rec check in door in front of building. You will be here awhile so relax.
After unloading pull to the back there is a dumpster. Your trailer will be trashed.
Dock guys are good dudes, just on extremely low hourly.

Supposed to be delivering kitchen cabinets. Been put off several times. No one will answer the phone. Left 2 messages but no call back. Lowe’s of Prattville apparently contracted this company to deliver for them. What’s the problem?

Initially told I would have my delivery last week. When I finally got a response after multiple calls and texts and finally an email, I was informed that this company had only just received my shipment and would then now schedule, at the earliest sometime the next week. I had made Room in my schedule and planned For the delivery the day that I was told it would arrive. They told me it would be at least another week and they only delivered from around 9 to 430. When I told them I would be working until after 5.They said they would call 24 hours ahead to schedule the time and have never made any contact. After 5 to 6 calls and text messages and another email today I received no response but when I arrived at home the Furniture I ordered was at the end of my driveway almost as far from my door as you can get. Very unprofessional and virtually unresponsive. Have contacted Ikea already and lodged a complaint about the business practices of this 3rd party delivery company.
