The worst company!! We had no choice but to have them pick up our household goods since it was last minute. I will be submitting a complaint. We only had them move our furniture and not all our other stuff. They spent 8 hours in our home because they get paid by the hour and they literally just sat around most of the time. Yes, they told us this. Our expensive couch is completely damaged. It has black stains all over, it wobbles and it has holes at the bottom. Furniture it scratched, our buffet table has the doors broken, train table that has been passed down is completely broken, rugs have slashes on the bottom, king size bed has tears and so many more. Even if we get reimbursed, we won’t get what we paid for.
The pictures are just from the cube and the couch. My husband has the other pictures from the buffet table, rugs, train table, bed, dresser etc..

I just don’t understand how a moving company that clearly is getting hired by the military for military members, could damage furniture so severely it is irreparable. The leasing agent and the hauling company are not responsible for our damage goods. Our couch, train table, buffet table, rugs etc was covered is black residue, leaves, dried grass and dirt. This doesn’t explain what happened to our furniture. It’s seems like it was left outside for a long time. This was suppose to be put in crates to prevent this but it’s worst. I have had some furniture for 3 moves and it was never damage. With so many negative reviews and complaints from military families, I don’t know how they still allow this company to be contracted.

Terrible at scheduling, had delivery scheduled at 9 am, by 1030 when I called I was told that the driver was "busy taking care of things". 1/3 of the movers was extremely unprofessional (the other 2 were great though). Then when scheduling my box pickup I was told Friday afternoon, called at 5 pm and was told they would be at my house soon, driver called a few minutes later and said they were 20 min out. I finally gave up at 9 pm and ordered a pizza to salvage the rest of my night.

Edit: I spoke with the company the following Monday and they had someone out within 20 minutes of the call ending. Management was very apologetic and did their best to rectify the situation

MILITARY BEWARE: This company is very predatory. They marked every box with "CP", or "Customer Packed" to try to dodge any liability. High value was done incorrectly, and they left the job site twice and had to be called to return. On pack up days they will tell you the crew will arrive between 0800-1700, count on it being closer to 1700. Crew worked for two hours each day tops, and weren't even done before the loader got there.

We had Doss pack us out for a PCS. Very friendly crew on the first and second day, third day was 50/50 with the lead guy being the same one who packed on the first day. They were quick and professional, finishing 90% of the house on the second day. Of note, the guy who did our kitchen was definitely more senior to the company and blazed through our kitchen (typically one of our tougher rooms). We're unpacking now and really appreciate not only how quickly he completed the pack but also how well he did it, unpacking has been fast and easy thanks to him. Doss also did our unload when we arrived in Sierra Vista and some of the same crew returned to pack us out. Good people, who packed our house up well and with care. I've moved with the military my entire life and this is definitely one of the best pack jobs I've seen.

I only ding them a bit because I had to call the first 2 days to find out when the crew was going to arrive. Then, on the final day, one of the crew members was clearly ready to leave which made one or two boxes pretty rough, no damage luckily.

Overall: 4/5, would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely worst moving company ever. $13,000 in damage. One of our couches was literally bent in half. The crew was unprofessional and took 10 hours to pack our 3 bedroom house. Only 2 workers were actively working, while the remaining played on there phones.

⚠ AVOID THIS COMPANY ⚠

This company packed roughly 9,000 pounds of our household goods and stored it in non-temp storage for a year.

We just received our belongings almost 18 months later and are devastated. Our washer and dryer are both damaged. A 65" TV no longer works. A sewing machine was stolen. Six boxes of clothing were stolen. A $1,700 treadmill was broken in half. Four pieces of furniture were destroyed. A sectional couch has a hole in the back. That just covers the wave tops of the broken things.

The manner in which they pack is nothing short of stupidity. It's quite possible the team as a whole shares a collective of 4-5 brain cells. And that's me being polite I guess.

If you're military, STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere because this company is full of thieves and you will not get everything back nor will it be in the condition in which you packed it.

I will be taking active steps to remove this company from the approved list of companies the TMO does business with. This was the worst move we've completed in 18 years in the military.

Unprofessional timeliness & work. Moved from AZ in summer of 2021 and was less than impressed with their packing services. Two young gentlemen and one older gentlemen were in charge of packing all our items, our 65 inch plasma tv was packed completely wrong. We received our household goods in our new home and were irritated to find our tv is no longer serviceable with multiple cracks on the screen and a broken corner. We also found a couple other damages to two other bedroom furniture pieces. Overall, the company handling our delivery provided MUCH better etiquete as well as a thorough system of inventorying our belongings as we received them when compared to DOSS. Do not recommend for military families.
