Made a 60 dollar order online with them, gave them good tip. Food never arrived, contacted the hotel and the people outside who were there during supposed deliver time. No one showed up. Refuse to do anything about it. They are running a scam business here. Never order from these people. Absolutely disgusting behavior, id spit on em if I could. 1 star is too good for these guys.

We had never ordered from Domino's Pizza before in Richfield. We live 30 minutes from there and it was our first experience in ordering from them. We called and received a phone ordering service of some kind that was obviously from out of state. There was somewhat of a language barrier and I explained to the woman that we were 30 minutes away and asked how long it would take for the pizza to be ready, she indicated 15 minutes. I told her that we would call to order as we were driving in, she offered to take our order and place it for a later time to be ready which we appreciated so we asked for her to have it ready in 45 minutes and place our order. After I hung up the phone it had been about 5 minutes and I received a text indicating that our order had been placed in the oven and would be ready in 8 minutes. When we arrived at Domino's in Richfield 40 minutes later are pizza and hot wings or cold. The food was good and would have been better had it been warm and ready when we had asked for it to be.

Terrible!! They literally forgot to put pizza sauce on our pizza. It was cold when it arrived and was told don't order for delivery anymore because we don't deliver to Monroe. (Then why does the app allow it?) We ordered hot wings, 2 were raw... just terrible!!

One of my favorite place to get pizza in town. Sandwiches are yummy as well. The service is 100 always! If you’re deciding between dominoes and little Caesar’s -I definitely recommend dominos.

How hard is it to put pizza in a bag and make sure it's delivered hot. Never again will I order from this place.

We were there just yesterday. The costumer service is above and beyond that made me write this review. We were traveling and accidentally made the order to a different store, I believe is the manager who helped us and even though the mistake was not on her end, quickly fixed things for us, called the store to cancel and made our order asap and even helped me carry the other to my car. While I was there waiting I could see how caring and hard working the employees are. The pizzas were at a great price and the taste was delicious! Thank you again!

The woman took my son's order for a sandwich and a large pizza then tried to charge him $37.00 dollars. My son told her to forget the order and we went to another place for dinner. We have ordered the same thing on the web site and it has never been that high for two things. Was very disappointed with the service he received tonight.

We ordered pizza and cheese bread on June 22nd. We were traveling from CA to MN. The food was fresh and hot from the oven. The service was fast. The delivery gal to our hotel was very friendly! Great experience.
