I just wanted a nasal pillow and tubing for CPAP machine. She was so happy to assist. Offering information on what people are likely to purchase over the other. Honestly helped me to make a decision. I normally order online but I needed it ASAP. So this was great place for my needs to be met.

If zero stars could be given that would be my rating. My husband recently had a knee replacement and we needed a raised toilet seat. My husband’s need was urgent, I drove over in a rush asked for the 5” seat, it was in stock so I bought it. When I got it home I installed it and it wobbled which would have posed a serious safety issue. When I called the store to advise them of this I was told all sales are final with no returns/refunds that there is a sign stating this on the counter near the register. Since I was in a stressed hurry I did not see the policy sign nor was I informed verbally of the policy. Now $76 later I am stuck with a dangerous plastic toilet seat fixture.

Visited to discuss walker/wheelchair combos. Ended up renting one for a couple of weeks. At pick up was helped by a really nice man named Nam. He explained the operation of the device and was very helpful.

I saw this medical supply store (DMES of Los Alamitos) next to the AAA last week that I went to and this prompted me to look into a wheelchair/walker to transport my mom to her doctor visits or even to take her out more often. Kristin was warm to greet me as I let her know what I was looking for. She was thorough to go over the different products they offer. I appreciated her suggestions and she never pushed me to buy one or the other. Thank you, Kristin and DMES for helping me find the perfect device for my mom.

Came in for medical supplies for my mom: shower chair, wedge, diapers, etc. The sales lady Michelle was very courteous and attentive, and we found most everything we needed! And they were willing to order the other stuff to have them shipped to us! Would highly recommend!

Really fantastic products and customer service. Came in from out of town and needed an equipment rental for a disabled relative. Kristin was very insightful and provided several options in different price ranges. She was very kind and patient. It felt like she cared. Will definitely be visiting DMES in Los Al again.

Went in after being recommended to this location, had to get wound care products and an ankle wrap for a recent injury. Kristin was most helpful, made sure I had everything I needed to avoid any future trips. One of the best customer service people I’ve ever interacted with, extremely amiable. Definitely recommend DMES and Kristin to help you get the supplies you need.

MICHELLE IS VERY Knowledgeable about medical devices, products , etc, that we the public need to discuss with her. Staff is very friendly. Store Very clean and a must to experience. She noticed my walker was assembled incorrectly‼️‼️ She corrected this. Unbelievable service. She’s an ANGEL. I WAS STRUGGLING with the Walker but I didn’t know it was assembled incorrectly. What is wrong with companies that just don’t care. NOT HERE AT DMES, they care. IF YOU HAVE NEEDS FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES—please allow DMES to Service your needs. I’m still in awe of my experience here.
