Decided to give this place a shot since dogs are allowed in the patio, and it did not disappoint. The food was good and the service was great! Difficult to gauge the atmosphere since we ate outside in February, but the staff were great! The fried artichoke was delicious, highly recommend. The steakhouse sandwich and fried chicken sandwich were a solid 4.

Went in here for a brunch during holidays. It seems they are not associated with brewhouse anymore. Didn't have any ales or beers from older menu.

It was not very crowded though we had to wait for 15 min to be seated. Place is cozy but the section we sat all the way in the back was very cold.

Food was just okay. It was served quickly though.

Fried prawns and chips were not very tasty.

Chicken philly had a whole breast. I was expecting they made it on grill with two choppers to cut it with onions mushrooms and cheese.

Cheesy Knots seemed uncooked.

Service was good but would have loved if server came back to ask if we needed boxes. We were successful to get the attention after several attempts.

Overall is an okay place for a friend's and family to have some quality time.

Fantastic food, we got the Philly cheese steak, fettuccine alfredo and famous knots. The quality of the food was great, everything was delicious from the fries to the meat of the sandwich. Great IPA selection as well. Highly recommend eating here for a special occasions as the food is quite expensive. You pay for the quality though.

The food is great. Somewhat pricey. Good beer is also pricey.
The staff, while friendly and kind, was not very attentive. My friend's steak was way overcooked but they remedied it after some time.

We were looking for a brewery in the area and found this one open at lunch. Unfortunately only one of their own beers was available (see photo). I enjoyed the minestrone soup, great on this cold, rainy day. Which came with a nice personal pizza, I had sausage and tomato for my toppings. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. The beers were good, but nothing special for us self-proclaimed beer snobs.

Loved the pasta sauces (Marinara and Alfredo). Loved the chicken parmesan.

Update 2022-07-29
The chicken parmesan is still awesome even with the current employee issues.

Update 2023-08-08
Food is still exactly the same after the name change! Excellent!

The pork belly appetizer is great.

I was down in Manteca for the preview opening of the Faulkner's Custom Rods and American Iron show at the Sportsman's Pavilion, and passed by Dj's Restaurant & Taphouse...Well, I've always wanted to go there, and I had some extra time so I bounced the truck over a couple of road dividers and pulled into Dj's like I owned it.
I had Hubcap Bob with me because he's got his slammed 55 Roadmaster ragtop and his 36 knucklehead in the show, and they're already set up, so he says..it's burger time! Keeping with the theme... We got custom burgers built on the cheesesteak rolls and rings. They were Amazing!

Businesses should not make customers wait to give them money... I told the bartender I was ready for the bill, but was made to wait more than 13 minutes to pay. Furthermore, I had to get up from the bar, walk to the other side towards the kitchen, wave my credit card and bill in the air to get the bartender's attention (on the other side of low wall/room divider). The bartender then looked me in the eye and took another order before bringing me my bill. It is unusual for me not to tip, but I do not recall ever having to flag down anyone in such a manner, in order to pay my restaurant bill. The bartender needs more/different support staff. They (bartender) are loosing money.

The bar section nearest the patio door was at about 85% capacity. The bartender seemed to be the only person taking orders and casing customers out, although 2-3 individuals did bring out food. About a minute after I sat down, placed my drink order, reviewed the menu, received my drink and attempted to order the Seared Ahi Tuna, the bartender cut me off by saying they were out of Ahi and Lasagna.

If only I had known these facts before I read the menu and decided what I wanted to eat...

So I ordered Thai Style Shrimp. And there was nothing "light" or "delightful" about it. There was way too much batter. The Arnold Palmer was good though.

FYI: My movie (with pre-ordered snacks) was starting soon. My alarm went off seven minutes after I told the bartender I was ready for the bill.
