DIY masters!! I came in to try to fix a sliding closet door mechanism that was too short for the door opening. David went above and beyond to help me find a way to extend the mechanism without completely replacing it. $5 total and the door now fits perfectly. Thank you so so much for thinking outside the box and finding a way to help without it costing a small fortune!

There are two home improvement stores in Mammoth. The DYI center tends to be the best. The staff are well trained and the selection is decent.

This is my go-to home improvement store when I'm in the June Lake area. Mixed me up some paint today.... Jackie did a great job! I needed a RCA to 1/8 inch audio jack to link my old school computer to my stereo, they had it! These guys have everything you might need including 2 kitties you can pet!

Meh. Usually out of really obvious things. Not well stocked. Very seasonal. You won't find summer items until the height of the summer for example. You won't find it in June, and they will be all out in August. Shop in Bishop.

Hours are awful (5pm in the summer) and some of the workers absolutely do not want to help at all. "How much is a garden cart? There is no tag." Response: " Oh I don't know, $40, $60 something like that." I just walked out.

Pretty well stocked hardware store. Here working with the forestry service and was actually surprised to find what i needed tbh. Some things are kinda hit ir miss but not like its close to some large dist. center. Where they get 2 3 deliveries a week.

Their customer service is pretty bad. I don't ask for anything other than common courtesy. You can't even get that. Some people are helpful, but the vast majority are just rude. Believe me when I say, I only go there if I absolutely have to.

Haven't been disappointed yet..
Prices are not horrible but they are high - they are the only game in town for 90% of the stuff and you are in Mammoth, way away from the metropolis'
