I feel completely ripped off by this business. I wanted to order a yard of fabric. They told me the minimum they could order was 2 yards, and they could have it to me in a week. I later found out that I could order just one yard and that I had been charged more than the recommended MSRP even though they claimed to have given me a discount. I called and requested to cancel the order and they refused. They offered a store credit, but I explained that I live several hours away and that I wouldn't be able to use the credit. Ultimately they did nothing for me. It took more than 3 weeks to get my fabric and I was charged $123 for fabric that I could have gotten elsewhere for $32. My advice to shoppers is to do your research before buying from this store. I will never shop here again.

I went into the store recently while in the Farmville area shopping for my home. Mainly I was looking for accessories and you should know this place has a lot more than just fabrics. They have a huge selection of gorgeous lamps, all types of topiaries and fake greenery, some really impressive stuff. Although I wasn't shopping for fabric, I did see some spectacular fabrics on display and they appear to have a huge selection. I've been going to Farmville for many years, have been in here before but don't think I've ever made a purchase because as nice as all their items are , it isn't cheap. It's obvious this is a high-end store and the prices reflect that. If you can afford it, this is a great place to browse.

Great shop, owner was there and was very helpful and nice to talk with. Sometimes people are scared to shop at higher end retail shops, not here! The prices were great, the selection awesome, the knowledge of product terrific, customer service above standard. Fabric has been a commodity during covid but this was a full shop. It was a home atmosphere created by the busy helpful staff. Wish we had something like this where we live! There was a large area of discount fabrics, hidden gem.

This review is long, but worth your time and money to read: As a new resident of Farmville, I was floored to discover this place a few months ago. I walked in, had great conversations with the women working there, and I walked out with wonderful ideas and swatches to consider as well as a strong welcome feeling. The next day, I bought some upholstery fabric and ordered a beautiful trim for some curtains and was told to expect it to arrive in 7-10 business days...I hadn't heard a word after a week, so I called to check in - still not ready. 10 business days since the order - still no word. I called and still not ready...14 days, still not ready...30 days, I call and am told it's on back order but to expect it within 10 business days and to keep calling and checking in...Because I've had to wait at least 20 days beyond what I was originally told, I am frustrated; I ask for a refund, but was refused. So I asked if they would hem my curtains and add the trim for me to make up for the disappointment. I was told "yes," so I am pacified for what was not just 10 more business days, but a couple days short of an entire month! I rushed to bring in my curtains so they could hem and attach the trim that FINALLY arrived (nearly 2 months later), only to be told I would have to pay for the hemming and trimming. I feel that I was played by the women and whoever "he" is that they kept going to ask about "additional discounts" and other deals. I am disappointed to say the least.

I was having a problem getting started with my new machine (I haven't sewn in over 35 years)and after calling was told I could bring my machine and Jeanie would help me. It took her about 10 mins to show me my problem and how to fix it. They are SO nice and helpful and I'll definitely be going back!
