Great service especially when I needed it quick! I work for a helicopter charter company, and a few of our clients needed their luggage picked up from the airport and dropped at their hotel while they flew to a meeting in another city and back. The luggage transfer was requested when we picked them up. One phone call, low price, and DDD had the luggage at our clients hotels front desk before they got out of their meeting. Got an email update when the luggage arrived with a copy of the hotel concierge's signature. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I am only giving one start because that is the minimum you can give. We called in the morning to DDD Courier to schedule a pick up of a check on Tuesday 12-11-18 and we were told the earliest available would be 1 pm that day. We told them to please call the people that they were getting the check from 30 minutes in advance and they agreed. We were sent an email confirming all of this. The driver showed up one hour and 25 minutes early at 11:35 am unannounced and didn't know who he was picking up the check for. The homeowner said they could not be home for another 20 minutes and the driver left. We called DDD Couriers to find out what happened and they said they would send another person back to get the check but they would charge us a second time. I called at 12:50 to talk to a manager about this problem and gave them my cell phone number. They repeated it back to me so I know they had it correct. I told them it was important that we get that check picked up today. They never called me back but they did call an office number at 5:15 pm. I called again today talk to a manger. The person answered said they were one and I told them the problem. I told them that we have their email stating that the pick up time was 1 pm. He said they don't keep emails and it doesn't matter if we want it picked up we need to pay again. I tried to explain that their driver was an hour and 25 minutes early for the pick up and he got angry and said to find another courier. Horrible customer service Do Not use this company ever.

hit and miss service. so if you are needing something picked up and timing is important don't count on it. 3 hours late a couple of times and the owner had the nerve to yell at me for being upset and told me not to call them again.. happy to oblige.
