I recently visited this place with family and was happy I did. We all enjoyed our meals and the service was very friendly. We had several different dishes and they all tasted great especially the cheese cake. If you’re in the area and want Italian and good service this place is worth visiting.

During a recent visit to Clovis, CA, our hunger led us straight to Italian food, and Di Cicco’s seemed like the perfect choice.

The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, but we had to wait a few moments before the hostess emerged from the back where she appeared to be handling a to-go order. Once she returned, we were seated promptly.

Our waitress, while quick and efficient, seemed a bit rushed and perhaps a touch curt—understandable, given that it was the day before a holiday.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was solid, though not extraordinary:

Caprese Salad: The cheese was quite firm, almost reminiscent of chicken at times. There wasn’t quite enough balsamic vinegar, but the overall flavor was still enjoyable.

Chicken Parmigiana: Flavorful, delicious, and hearty—definitely a filling option.

Spaghetti Limon: Tasty and well-executed, though the artichoke hearts had a canned taste and could’ve been chopped smaller. The chicken was tender and flavorful, which helped elevate the dish.

Calzone: Unfortunately, this was a letdown. It was quite dry and difficult to cut, even with a knife. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate it a 3.

Cheese Garlic Bread: A standout. It was excellent, and the marinara sauce had a delightful kick to it.

We also ordered a glass of wine, which the server forgot at first, but it did arrive just as we were getting our bill.

The prices were reasonable for an Italian meal, and the service, while not exceptional, was adequate. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with food that ranged from impressive to mediocre.

Overall, Di Cicco’s is worth checking out, though your experience may vary.

We decided to have dinner at DiCicco’s in Old Town Clovis and it was such a great time from the moment we go there up until we left. Our server was Lara and she was truly memorable. She was very attentive and had excellent customer service. Lara went over and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. The food was great and the outstanding service made it that much better! Highly recommended! Thank you Lara 10/10. We will be back soon 🙂

I can't rave enough about this amazing Italian restaurant! The staff is attentive, polite, and always makes you feel welcomed. We started with a warm, freshly baked focaccia and a tangy tomato soup that was to die for. For the main course, the seafood risotto was bursting with flavor, and the homemade gnocchi melted in my mouth. The ambiance was cozy with a touch of elegance—dim lighting, soft music, and intimate tables made the experience unforgettable. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian food.

Service was great, food was not great. Bread was not warm. Eggplant parm was too salty my dad said and did not finish it. Diciccos specialty pizza gave me and my niece a upset stomach. Nephews spaghetti was cold he said. Place was not busy at all maybe 3 other tables had people. Was let down because thought all the diciccos where similar in taste and consistency.
