The manager that she works at 2 pm I had a block on October/28/2024 at 2:00 pm she was so rude and I was on time but she didn’t scan my license because she said that you are late I still had 3 more minutes

Managers never cared when I fainted. Never attended to my need when I wasn't feeling good. Only checked on me 1 hour later and sent me a VTO. Jenkins is the worst one, since he always picked on certain associates and not the ones he enjoys talking to. I hate this place

This building VTO’s constantly and wonder why some of the drivers packages while staging is late. They can’t accommodate associates with disabilities correctly corresponding to their doctor notes.HR here is below average in fixing schedules seems like they lack the knowledge in HR aspect . Some managers here like to favorite people by the same skin color that they are as I’ve noticed the time I’ve been here. I honestly don’t like how some PA’s and managers only stick to their laptop and don’t help associates if they see that the line is congested . Some PA’s and managers flirt with tier 1s which is prohibited in Amazon policy . We should get a regional manager to observe some of this behavior. On top of Ambassadors breaking Amazon policy of scanning 1 packages at a time also the trainer allows this to happen, no wonder customers packages get lost / delayed . You wonder why this building was sued for pushing Quotas on People , they violated a law propositioned in January 1 2022. Imagine breaking 59,017 violations combined with a Moreno Valley Amazon building.

Tough work! On your feet the entire shift. Very face pace. Lots of walking. Staff is nice but hard work for low wage. Definitely tear your body down pulling heavy u-boat carts for 3+hrs per shift
