DHL exceeded my expectations with their fast and reliable service. My package arrived three days earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a great surprise. The delivery driver was professional and ensured the package was handed directly to someone at the door, showing great care for its importance. The tracking updates were accurate and timely, keeping me informed throughout the process. The package arrived in perfect condition, securely packed with no damage. Overall, an excellent experience with DHL—fast, secure, and professional. Highly recommend!

Update:
I was disappointed with a recent delivery attempt at 6 a.m. This time felt unreasonably early and unprofessional, as it disrupted my morning and I wasn’t available to receive the package. I’d suggest offering a more reasonable delivery window, such as after 8 a.m., or providing advance notice so customers can plan accordingly. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

Within a few hours i had a response here to my review. They also emailed me letting me know another attempt would be made. Explain that they have been usually busy. Just before the delivery they text me and a supervisor called me by phone. He was very professional and apologetic. They went above to correct the situation and it was very much appreciated.

We were late getting back in the afternoon and I hadn’t shoveled the walk yet, but there was the DHL delivery guy waiting for us! The person was friendly, professional and efficient, and was very careful handling our delivery. If this was you Mr. Zavala, you and DHL rock. I received emails prior to the delivery letting me know where the package was and when to expect it. Excellent company. My only regret was I hadn’t gotten the walk shoveled before DHL arrived…

The DHL Express Service out of the Salt Lake City local office completely earned five stars. The estimated delivery time was quick - and they delivered two days before that. I was happily surprised and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sorry! Can't give a 5 star rating. Why? Because the package arrived with half of shipping carton soaking wet and falling apart (it stayed together only because of being wrapped with shipping bends). Luckily the inner package, which had a very expeinsive custom made beaver fur felt hat, was itself in a heavy duty plastic bag that kept the water from reaching the hat box and hat inside. Happy to have gotten the item delivered, however, looks like some local delivery standards need to be checked into and strengthened.

DHL does the job right. Every time. They tried to deliver my package, but because I had forgotten to make some changes, they could not complete delivery. I was afraid I'd have to wait days for them to reattempt. But I went on the app (super easy to use. Best in the industry IMHO), updated settings, and figured I'd see my package in a few days. Imagine my delight when I came home and saw my package waiting for me. An email had come in letting me know that they had seen the changes and delivered my package!

I hate waiting. HATE it. But I couldn't be mad here because it was my fault. But DHL went above and beyond, and for that I will ALWAYS opt for DHL when I am given a choice. Thanks, DHL! You made an otherwise rough day pretty awesome!
