Today I went in to ship some items to Mexico and was completely unprepared and then an angel by the name of Jackie O helped me and it was so easy. She's beyond helpful, nice and efficient. DHL should know they have an amazing employee working the front and taking care of the most unprepared customers. Thank you Jackie O!!!!!

I always receive the best customer service here! Joe helped me during my last visit, and he was incredibly attentive and helpful. Every time I come in, I experience the same level of great service, no matter who is at the front desk.

Jeff, the drivers supervisor, also went above and beyond by helping track down a package for me, which I really appreciated.

One suggestion I have is for Saturday availability
if pickups could be available for at least a few hours, it would make things much more convenient. It would be fantastic not to have to spend Saturday waiting for a package.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the consistently outstanding service!

Jackie was amazing. My first time shipping internationally, and didn’t understand all the steps, and how to make sure my husband could pick up the items at their DHL location. She was friendly and patient, and helped me choose the best option to get it there on time. I’ll be back if I need this type of service in the future.

Super easy to drop off or package stuff. They have extra bags for no charge if you need to repackage after inspections. Joe was amazing and super helpful! Took the time to give me a number to call to schedule pickups in the future.
