Would give zero stars if possible. Have had multiple packages be marked as undeliverable due to not being able “to access the premesis” but the driver never drove down my street. Also have had scheduled residential package pickups ignored by DHL, and when asked customer service told me to just go drop it off at a location an hour and a half away. Zero work ethic or accountability. Highly recommend using another shipping service.

When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Barbara and assisted me with my transaction. She wrapped my document securely in case of rain or snow in transit. Employees who arrived also greeted me. Genuinely nice people around will always attract customers. Will come back again when sending parcels and documents. Thank you!

I ordered something out of the country, and DHL is supposed to deliver it. BUT MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED. I was in communication with their customer service FOR 3 DAYS and they said, they did an “extensive” search yet they lost my package. I asked, what door was it exactly delivered so that I can ask my neighbors. But “they don’t have that kind of information.” This is infuriating how incompetent not only the service itself but their customer service too. As I was reading previous comments here, guess this is not a new thing. I am not the only one who experienced this terrible service. They said to contact the shipper for reimbursement. Really? Okay, I will do that. But it is not the store’s fault that you failed to deliver and lost my package, right? What a bad reputation you have here.

Update: After telling me, “we’d like to help you locate your package” last night, 12/13/2024, after posting my review above, this morning, 12/14/2024, they already messaged me that my package is unrecoverable/ lost. They just don’t know what happened to my package. And I am now forced to do something, which is refund my money with a mistake I did not do. And it is not the store’s fault too. Really, what a bad reputation. Disappointed with this kind of service.

While I have read previous reviews and believe the content of them I can tell you that my experience was stellar - and I do not use that word lightly. I had an article that was left behind on a recent vacation in Mexico. The hotel requested that I use DHL as opposed to FedEx and I acquiesced though I have used FedEx far more frequently. The coordination was difficult and problematic to say the least and I was at a loss as to what more I could do to get this article back. The language barrier was also an issue. My first DHL contact was Barbara and later down the road Juan. Barbara went above and beyond to help and facilitate the return - and by that I mean phone calls, emails, contacting DHL's customer service center both here and in Mexico. She stayed with this issue until resolved and it took over a week (!). She was gracious, kind, efficient and unbelievably proficient at her job. And I am not implying that proficiency is in question here - what I mean is that she - way more than any other rep or agent I have dealt with - went the extra mile or in this case MILES. We so often write bad reviews because we are upset and angry. We should take the time to write good ones just as often. Barbara is what a true operations agent should be - I could go on but suffice it to say that I am not sure this shipment would have made it without her ( the hotel's issue not DHL's). - Keep her DHL - reward her - and get as many more like her as possible. You will not be sorry if you do. Thanks to Barbara and Juan and the others whose names I do not know.

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. This is the fourth time they’ve messed up my delivery, delaying my package for no reason by simply changing the delivery date. When I called their office, they couldn’t provide an explanation. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I’ve never had these issues with UPS, USPS, or FedEx, but every single time I receive a package through this particular DHL office, there’s a problem. Paying extra for timely delivery clearly means nothing to them. That’s on me for giving them another chance—I won’t make that mistake again.
