The WORST shipping company ever. DHL Fort Myers said ‘no one was home’ when they tried to deliver a parcel. But luckily I have CCTV evidence that shows no attempt to deliver was made. I then had a redelivery for the following day & the same happened again. The customer service is shockingly awful. But they did confirm that the address was right but they had “no idea” why the driver didn’t even try to deliver twice.
This has cost me time and income waiting at home to sign for a delivery that clearly the driver cannot be bothered to deliver.

Probably the worst delivery company out there The delivery driver never knocked on the door rang the doorbell just left the paper asking for a signature sign. The paper never came back the following day and nobody showed up when I called. They trying to tell me it was never scheduled for delivery today and it won’t be delivered until tomorrow. I will never in my life use DHL again and whenever I purchase something, I will make sure that my distributor does not use DHL either And if they do, I will not buy no more products from them.

I’m so livid at how DHL has handled my shipment, I have been tracking shipment diligently due to an item of importance that I needed asap which is why it was Expressed to me in the first place! However their was a delay and I can understand when events occur but what I cannot understand is why DHL didn’t contact me in regards of this hold on my shipment and literally it was 35 minutes from my home where I could of easily went to pick my package from the store location. I called twice spoke to 2 representatives and was chatting with a live rep and never once was I informed of this matter had I known I would of reached out, the lack of poor communication and I’m very upset this could of been avoided if only someone from DHL or their tracking system was up to date with accurate and current info with some detail and options for me and customers etc.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered. I received delivery date for starting tomorrow as I would be away. I made arrangements for someone to sleep at my house all week to get the delivery . Two days ago, I was notified it was delivering yesterday. WE were home all day- I (Only me) stepped out to ER and arrived home where 3 people were within view of front door.... and I noticed a DHL truck parked exactly across the street from my home. I was excited as he got in and drove away...Got inside and there was NO DELIVERY- Checked status (out for delivery today) that status stayed till I went to bed at 11:00PM- two minutes ago-(next morning) @ 0711 a.m.. I received a text that Delivery it was JUST ATTEMPTED today and no one was home. BEG TO DIFFER BUDDY. I went on line and it shows it was stopped in FT. MYERS for failure to sign for it yesterday time stamped 11:30 PM. Well, good luck now sending it back to CHINA. So pissed you have no idea.

Save your time and money don’t trust this place for nothing horrible experience. Customer service is horrible. They give you the runaround and tell you to call this number and that number will never use this company again and if I was, you don’t even look up their website for any assistance, horrible experience All the way around I don’t understand how a company can still function like this
