Great customer service. I brought in my packaged items and was given a price. Because my items were going overseas, they had to inspect the package. We repackaged everything in a slightly smaller and 25% less expensive box. They then assisted in getting a complete delivery address. Efficiency, ability, and patience, an added bonus: my package arrived sooner than expected.

I had been there a few times to drop off international packages and always had amazing customer service. Very friendly and pleasant in demeanor and helpful in assistance and clarifications. The 50% off in shipping rates is very helpful especially for international packages. The packages also reached in a few days- excellent when compared to USPS where once my package was almost stuck for a month in customs in India.
