Not sure what has happened here but they are taking 5 or 6 days to deliver 2 day lanes. Can't get through to their customer service with 30- 40 minute delays. This merger with Knight / Swift has been awful!!!

Don't use these folks to move your freight. They lost our entire shipment. I've been on the phone for weeks trying to get help tracking it down. Nobody answers the phones ore emails or cares about it in the slightest. Customer service is nearly non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and go with a another carrier.

Complete chaos. The lady at the front desk has no idea how to communicate what’s needed for pick ups and stares at you like she doesn’t understand what you’re saying.

At the end of the day, you will remember a company by the last interaction with an employee , I am submitting a 5 star thanks to Brent Osborn, this driver puts a smile on everyone and his attitude is always amazing, it's noticeable he is a happy person, thank you Brent!

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! First off, the delivery window for drop off is from 9-5, which for those of us that work is a problem. So I took off for the entire day to wait for my couches to be delivered and they never showed up! The excuse that the manager gave when I called was that the driver decided not to drop off my delivery because it was too big. This is an issue that should have been addressed prior to my delivery, not after I had arranged to be home ALL DAY to wait for a delivery that never came. When I asked the manager for a solution to this rather big problem he then told me I was more than welcome to rent a truck and come pick up the couch myself. Why would I do this when I have already paid for delivery?! To sum it up this is an extremely UNdependable company with horrible customer service.

terrible deliver company. Told me to stay at home Thursday 12 to 4pm but never shows up and no calls or message. they just re-scheduled the delivery date without informing their customer. Amazing "Dependable" company.
