I called this store a day prior verifying to make sure it was open. I was told that they would be open. I drove from 3 hours away to arrive at the store for them to be closed. I called the office and they rejected to help me. I do not recommend coming to this facility. They clearly do not care about assisting a customer.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered an axel 4 weeks ago, called to check on the status and the order was never placed. Was going to place another order but was told it couldn't be put in till next week then it would take 4 weeks, so basically go anywhere but here now that Dexter bought these guys.

Easy delivery but unwilling to wait a possible extra 10 minutes on Friday rather than having to hold the load over the weekend and deliver on a Monday... Need more flexibility do drivers... Shippers are the reason we are on these time constraints, had it not been for the 1.5 hour delay at shipper everything would've went flawless... Please keep this in mind when refusing to hold an employee after hours... It's costing us all valuable time

These guys really know what they're doing in the service was fast and courteous very professional if you need anything for your trailer this is the place to go they mounted a tire and rim for a spare for my horse trailer within minutes and I was also able to get center caps for my other trailer. I called to see if they had what I needed in stock they did so I went out to their location very clean easy to find etc etc can't say enough good about it!

Their "new great software" system is going to be their downfall. Maybe they should have spent less money on sponsoring the crock of the NATDA and spent more time and money on properly vetting the software and training their staff before it went live. I can't get any staff at Redneck to call me back and to explain what is going on with these invoices and back orders. Redneck WAS a great company that we've dealt with for 15+ years but the problems are too great for this loyal customer - we're taking our business elsewhere!
